Terms and Conditions
The rules that govern your use of Interview Geeks and enrolment in our Programs.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Interview Geeks website, the SDE Launchpad program, individual module enrolments, and any related classes, materials, or communications (together, the "Programs"). The Programs are operated by Ram Shri Ram Enterprises, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Interview Geeks", "we", "us", or "our").
By booking an introductory call or demo class, enrolling in a cohort, requesting our curriculum, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Programs.
2. Who we are
Interview Geeks is a small-cohort, mentor-led interview preparation service covering Data Structures & Algorithms, Low Level Design, System Design, and Behavioural interview coaching, delivered live over video call in batches of under fifty students.
All classes and doubt-solving sessions are taught personally by the founder. We do not use substitute or contracted instructors.
3. Enrolment & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or enrolling with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, to join a cohort. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have received your registration details and applicable payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment at our discretion, including where a cohort is full, where information provided is inaccurate, or where a prior participant has violated these Terms.
We offer three ways to evaluate the Programs before enrolling: a free introductory call; a single live demo class (currently ₹1,000, fully refundable on request); and a two-week demo of eight live classes of two hours each (currently ₹16,000). None of these constitutes enrolment in a paid Program. Refund treatment for the paid demos is set out in our Return Policy.
Where you request our curriculum or other materials, you agree to verify your email address and to receive occasional updates about our Programs. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails, or by writing to us.
4. Fees, EMI & payment
Program fees are as displayed on our website or as communicated to you directly at the time of enrolment. Where EMI (installment) options are offered, they are provided through our designated payment partner and are subject to that partner's own terms, interest, and processing conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing separately.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged at the rate applicable at the time of payment, and a tax invoice will be issued for each payment received. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other taxes associated with your payment.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials on our own systems.
5. Live sessions, recordings & repeats
Classes are conducted live on weekends over video call. Session recordings are provided for enrolled students' personal reference and revision. Where a "free course repeat" is offered, it entitles you to rejoin a subsequent live batch of the same Program, subject to seat availability, within the stated window (currently up to twelve months from your original enrolment date).
We may occasionally reschedule a session or adjust the cohort calendar. Where a session cannot go ahead as planned, it will be rescheduled rather than delivered by a substitute instructor. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance.
6. Code of conduct
You agree, while participating in a Program, that you will not:
- Share your login details, class links, or session recordings with anyone outside your cohort;
- Record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post class recordings or course materials without our written permission;
- Harass, discriminate against, or behave abusively toward any mentor or fellow student;
- Submit another person's work as your own during exercises or mock interviews.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a cohort, without refund, for a serious or repeated violation of this section.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, including slides, editorial videos, practice log sheets, curriculum documents, and recorded sessions, is the property of Interview Geeks and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after your enrolment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent.
8. Outcomes & testimonials
Success stories, testimonials, and placement outcomes shared on our website reflect the individual experiences of specific past students. They are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any particular outcome for any other student. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your own preparation, prior experience, and the hiring processes of individual companies.
9. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Programs, including any warranty that participation will result in a job offer, interview, or any specific career outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interview Geeks and Ram Shri Ram Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in a Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Program shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for that Program.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver a session caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or video-platform outages, power failures, illness, natural events, or action by a government authority. Where a session is affected, we will reschedule it or make a recording available.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Programs or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Programs after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
