Return Policy

As Interview Geeks offers personal care products, we typically do not offer refunds once the goods have been delivered. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Products

  • All sales of products listed on the website are final and goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged
  • If you encounter completely damaged or expired goods, then please contact us within 3 days of the purchase or use.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds may be issued only in the case of expired products and wrong goods delivered from our end.
  • To request a refund, email us at contact@interviewgeeks.com  with your order details and the issue encountered.
  • All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, and should be in a saleable condition.
  • The new product(s) will be shipped to you within 7 business days after the original goods have been received by us.
  • In case the product is in tradable condition, we will issue a replacement. If the product is not in a tradable condition, we will not process the request. The criteria to assess tradability lies at the sole discretion of Interview Geeks.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in 2-3 working days and will be delivered within 3-7 working days depending on your location inside India.
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders worth Rs.500 and above.
  • Shipping charges of Rs.80 will be applicable on orders below Rs.499 for all domestic orders.
  • For International Orders, shipping charges of Rs 1500 per 500 grams will be applicable
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
  • Interview Geeks takes no responsibility for goods signed or accepted by an alternative person.
  • Interview Geeks is not responsible for any damage to goods after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hrs of delivery at contact@interviewgeeks.com  with a picture attached.

4. Cancellation

If after placing the order you want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges, please mail us at contact@interviewgeeks.com  within 24 hrs of placing the order. In case, if the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations.
